52 Fridays | week 15
Posted on April 13, 2012
I’m excited to be at week 15 of this second year of 52 Fridays. I am thankful for this great list of prompts this year. I often start the week dreading the prompt and then end up thrilled with a picture that I wouldn’t normally have taken. This week was “blue”. His favorite blue things are his bike and his brand new blue sweatshirt. We shopped together over spring break and he picked it out.
Be sure to continue the circle. I can’t wait to see what my great friend Robin Moore in Cary, NC Photographer has to show us for blue!

Oh Amy, I love the buttery, creamy light on your little cutie. Look at that smile, you know he loves his bike as well as his new sweatshirt. What a great capture of blue. I love the comp as well. Great shot as always girl.
love all the the blue tones here. his smile is adorable.
Great image this week. Lovely blue shirt…handsome fella to!
I always think of a thought right away, and then look and someone always has it posted. I’m going to repeat them, because it’s just so true! The creamy, buttery light in this is fantastic. He looks so happy and content in this pic.
this is such a fantastic boy action shot…the light is gorgeous, as is your processing, just perfect. my favorite are the tattoos on his hand!
I love this too! The light is just perfect. I’m the same way-I start the week off never having an idea of what I’ll do and somehow it comes to me by Thursday!
You know I love this
His smile and his favourite things make this so special. I love the light and processing.
And, the tattoos too
Love the composition and feel of this image, especially that small smile on his face. What a great capture!!
It’s a very soft blue, and that makes it all the more beautiful (and dreamy, which you wouldn’t normally say about a photo of a boy riding a bike). Great work!!
I love the blue and white tones in this shot. His smile shows just how much he loves what he’s doing!
