Watching your kids grow up is so hard to do. Middle school has been a whole new experience. There were no Valentine’s cards exchanged by Ethan this year and this makes me realize that there are just a few more years of those sweet little notes with Cole. This year he didn’t want me to make the cards so we picked out some store bought versions. I loved watching him assemble the cards and candy (even if they weren’t hand made by me). I have to cherish all of these memories! This is one of the ways we celebrated “love”!

Ethan celebrated the cold and “love” with a warm cup of hot chocolate!

Just in case you missed it last week… I am super excited to be starting a new personal project this year. Instead of a weekly project this will be bi-weekly. I am starting this journey with two of my favorite photographers. The three of us started our journey together 3 years ago and we all have the same goal in mind this year…shoot more of the everyday! We are keeping it simple- our life with no rules. I hope to have a year full of memories that will help me remember the details of what life was like in 2013~ cheers!

What could be better on a 72 degree day in January than an outside bath? She loved it!
