Experience the Magic of Yellowstone in Winter

Join me for an unforgettable journey into the heart of Yellowstone National Park at the peak of winter. Over four incredible days, we’ll travel by private guided snow coach, giving us exclusive access to the park’s interior—places unreachable to most visitors this time of year.

This is a photographer’s dream, with unparalleled opportunities to capture coyotes, foxes, wolves, bald eagles, trumpeter swans, bison, otters, and more against Yellowstone’s breathtaking winter landscape. Our adventure will take us to some of the park’s most iconic locations, including: Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, Old Faithful, Hayden Valley, and Firehole Basin.

With a small group and private guide, we’ll enjoy an intimate and immersive experience, perfect for photography and wildlife observation.

New This Year! Before our journey begins, we’ll kick off our adventure with a winter sleigh ride and prime rib dinner(chicken or vegetarian options available) at a local ranch in West Yellowstone the night you arrive.

2026 Dates (3 options):

Option 1 (4 day)

January 14 - January 17

Cost: $4395 / Deposit $2500 with remainder due Sep 15th

Host: Amy Ames Photography (Authorized permittee of the National Park Service)

What’s included:

• Lodging for 5 nights at the Kelly Inn in West Yellowstone. Single occupancy. (Jan 13th through the morning of Jan 18th)

• Group Shuttle from Bozeman to West Yellowstone at the start and end of the trip.

• Private and guided snow coach inside Yellowstone National Park with just our small group for 4 days. We will begin at 7am each day and end at 4.

• Breakfast each day of trip. Lunch on each park day.

• Park Admission

• Dinner and sleigh ride the first night in West Yellowstone at a stunning ranch. Dinner choices include prime rib, chicken or vegetarian selection.

What’s not included:

• Airfare to Bozeman, Montana

• Dinners, however, we will dine together for dinners in town to discuss the days events, and answer any questions.

• Gratuity for guide

• Lodging before and after the tour

Itinerary:

• January 13 pickup at Bozeman hotel will be at noon. We then take a beautiful afternoon drive to West Yellowstone Montana which will be our base of operations for the next 4 days. After settling in, we’ll kick off the adventure with a visit to a working ranch, where you’ll enjoy a winter sleigh ride followed by a delicious prime rib dinner (with chicken and vegetarian options available).

• January 14-January 17 These will be our days inside Yellowstone National Park.

• January 18 plan to fly out that day sometime after 1 pm.

Option 2 (4 day)

January 19 - January 22
